Brent Marks is not a freak. He is one of the Pariah, a group of teens who become extremely intelligent after being cured of a genetic disorder. Although in most ways a normal teen, Brent is considered dangerous and is tracked down by the government who see these kids as an enormous threat. Can he evade them? What do they have planned for Brent and the others?
Franklin Hyde was born into politics. He's smooth, he's suave, and he's a Vitro which means he can out-think pretty much anyone. Franklin has a plan to unite all the Vitros and keep them safe from those who wish them harm. The problem is, how can he get all the Vitros to go along with him when they're loathe to trust anyone? He'll earn the undying hatred of the rest of the Vitros, but has he signed their death warrant, or given them the chance to become what they're truly destined to be?

A Review of Pariah Issue #4
Might be the best of all the comic issues in the Pariah world. Why you ask? Quite simply it brings together all the characters seen from the previous comic issues. Pariah Issue #1: Brent, Pariah Issue #2: Lila , and Pariah Issue #3 Maudsley. In this issue we see that the reason the Vitros were all gathered and captured in the previous issues had a purpose. The mastermind behind this whole plan is  Franklin Hyde. While you may be tempted to believe the reason for his trying to get all the Vitros in one place is surely is nefarious it isn't really as it seems. tries to explain himself and with that readers should get to see deeper into 's past. Just as everyone is acquaintanced something shockingly surprising happens to the gathered Vitros.
This issue was hands down the most action-packed which was really likeable for more things are going on. What stood out was that again all the characters before encountered were present , so there was some conflict between them and even compromise. It becomes increasingly obvious some don't trust the intentions of Franklin Hyde. The  particularly neat thing about Pariah Issue #4 is that we are presented to the history of Hyde which brings a lot of sympathy for the guy.
The artwork in this issue continues to be even more satisfying. It has a bright watercolor  appearance.
For those of you interested in this comic series, Issue #4, is a worthwhile comic issue in the Pariah world. Containing more action and suspense then its predecessors.
Overall: Amazing read!5 of 5 stars
