What Are Some of The Guidelines?

Challenge Details:

  • This challenge will run from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012. You can sign up at any time.
  • You do NOT need a blog to participate as long as you have a Goodreads page or somewhere that you can review the books that you have read. Nor do you have to live in the United States.
  • You do NOT have to read an ARC, or books published in 2012. And all book formats are acceptable, print, digital/ebooks, etc.
  • Any book counts as long as it fits into one of the 3 chosen categories: Manga (all types of comic books are acceptable), Graphic Novels, Video Game Based Novels (Such as books based off of Warhammer, World of Warcraft, HALO, Mass Effect, Dungeons and Dragons, etc).
  •  If you are participating in more than one challenge, books are allowed to cross over into this challenge.
  • Every month in 2012, I will make a post for the Manga/Graphic Novel/Video Game Novels Reading Challenge 2012 (M/G/V for short) on the last day of the month so you can link your reviews.  Based on participation, monthly link ups may be combined.

Prizes:

  • There may be a GRAND PRIZE, open Internationally, at the end on December 31st for one person who completes one challenge level (and links their reviews each month), which would consist of $60worth of free books, or the equivalent of 1 video game (So spread the word, I would need at least 8 to 10 participates to have a drawing).

Hi guys,

I'm infinitely happy and excited to begin this challenge. I like Manga/ Gamer/ Writer consider myself a fan of comics, graphic novels, and various video games fanatic. This is something I've wanted to blog about most recently. I have always blogged on books but lately for those of you who visited frequently see that I've decided to pick up blogging about movies, comics, graphic novels, manga, video games, and anime. For the blog there are lots of entertainment pushes that I hope you'll find new and also reviews that you will find helpful in finding books, and various entertainment to embrace.

So, when I found this challenge I just had to pick it up.
Even if my love for challenges is particular in taste since many challenges monopolize your time I feel. Your trying to read books not for the simple pleasure but just for completion and there is this rush.
But,
since I've decided to already read more comics, manga, and do other things why not?
I'll aim for Level 3 Warcraft – Hardcore Player
  • Read 12 books from each category or Read a total of 36 books from 1 or 2 categories.
Which I hope I can complete we'll see. Although I have an idea of what will be reviewed. I'm going to be doing wrap-up posts after doing reviews for each 2 reviews I complete toward the challenge.
This might be one of the few challenges that I'll be participating in.
Oh, but wont be the last.
It will be the one of three other reading challenges I have agreed to participate at the blog.
For now I'll mention one of the three. The other I'll mention later when The Science Fiction Reader challenge post comes up.
The next which you should see coming up in a blog post this December next is:
