You don’t want to owe that Luck bastard anything. It always asks for something in return.

There’s a new twist on an old prophecy and this one brings the End of Days. Junco must make a choice – human or avian? Only one race can survive.

Lucan has secrets and the lies are flowing like a mountain river during spring thaw. But he needs Junco to cooperate just a little bit longer or it all falls apart.

The Siblings on Earth are waiting for the Seventh to return and pull their clutch together. But Earth has secrets too – secrets that change everything.

Junco has survived against impossible odds, but the cost of survival is higher than she ever imagined. Luck is about to catch up with Junco Coot and her debt must be paid.

CONTENT WARNING - You know the drill...this is Junco we're talking about, right? Bad language, no qualms about killing.

Recommended: You have to give it a chance. Good Science Fiction read!

Flight, Book Three of the  I AM Just JUNCO series, continues the kickass action associated with the previous novels: Clutch and Fledge.
Again we find Junco in more adventures and entangled in new missions. Junco managed to save Tier’s life and also managed to become a team member of the avians.  Junco and Tier have had their time together but now she has to return to return to fighting and wiping out threats. The latest of which is securing the rest of the Seven Siblings in an attempt to save the avian race.

Flight has some of the characters that we have seen previously in Fledge such as Ashur, Isten, and Lucan. Lucan more of which helps a lot since there are secrets he’s keeping. While J.A. hints at some future romantic  tension as a reader  don’t see it being something would love to see. Lucan js an alright character but he’s more of a serious guy and rather Junco and Tier. Tier in my opinion still is and will always remain the guy that feel Junco should be with. There is only one other guy that was finally introduced in this book that think would be perfect and that’s Gideon. He’s a very capable fighter and so sweet. He apparently also seems to be someone from Junco’s past when she was still working for Rural Republic. J. A. had several down memory lane moments between Gideon and Junco that were supposedly dreams of Junco that were what said before were adorable. There is a more human Junco Coot that which so much to see more of. Gideon is one character that quickly becomes a favorite!
Overall: Amazing read!
Genre: Science Fiction, Romance
