TK from Ling tosite sigure born in 1982 in Tokyo. Rock band Ling tosite sigure's vocalist and guitarist. He is responsible for writing and composing all of the band's works, and expresses his music with a sharp and original perspective. In addition, he captivates fans with his colorful and warm lyrics and ephemeral high-tone voice.

When TK announced his book Yureru I was not sure what to think. I was completely taken by surprise. Ordinarily I do not like surprises but I like TK surprises.
Once I began reading I could not stop reading. Partly from the sensation of fuzziness I got while reading no different than when I consume TK's music. Getting to see such vulnerable aspects of Toru penguin and how funny TK can be was a delight.
TK's Yureru gets more and more candid and sincere as it progresses particularly in sub-chapters singing voice (Yureru Chapter 3), imperfect live (Yureru Chapter 3), and A voice only I can hear (Yureru Chapter 4) making it incredibly worthwhile reading especially for fans. As you get more insight into TK and how he sees himself.
The boy, immersed in and fascinated by J-Pop, stood on stage with some very solid and edgy music.
I didn't want anything, I didn't get anything, I just went to tell you that the music that's playing here right now exists.
This is what I wanted from TK for so long. Finding out more about him as a person not just as a musician. If we were to take down the persona he puts up to the world as a rockstar. I know all that, the music, I did not need to know more about that side of TK. And with this I got exactly what I wanted and can confidently say I like Toru. Not just as a musician but as a person.
