Hope's Reign (Memory's Wake #2) by Selina Fenech really is a book that is taking time to be released. Since read Memory's Wake book can't help to strain at reading the second book. Meanwhile if anyone has been waiting for Hope's Reign as well here is a video done by Selina Fenech herself about the origins of her book.

It was easy making strong friendships while stuck together running for their lives, but will Memory be able to stay friends with Eloryn, Roen and Will when trying to fit into courtly life? She tries to be true to herself, both new and old, but she struggles as she is haunted by her old self, quite literally.

The release date is yet to be determined but spoke to Selena through e-mail and she mentioned it could be taking until toward the ends of 2013. She had other projects that set her back on releasing Hope's Reign earlier in 2013.

Author Interview with Fantasy writer Steven L. Shrewsbury author of "Thrall"

With Overkill out already what are you most looking forward to now? 
What would you say is your favorite legends in The La Gaul world that you loved sharing with readers?

SS: Implying the chess game of the angels and demons that goes on outside our sight. The angels seen in these works are pretty rough, kind of like in the Bible, really. I enjoy telling of a flawed man like Gorias, rough and tired, but still has a good heart and the ultimate right in mind as he goes. I also like telling a forgotten part of history and using real life places before the flood. For example, in THRALL Shynar is obviously Sumeria. In OVERKILL Transalpina (France) and (Albion) England. I never make this brutally obvious, but a history geek might catch my games.   

Only one other thing. Born of Swords comes next after Overkill, for a big fan [such as me], what will it be about? Without revealing too much can you tell eager readers, Steven?

SS: A young scribe from Nineveh meets and tries to interview Gorias about his life. Gorias is carrying out a peculiar duty and takes the scribe, a young lady, along for the ride. During this trip he tells her of two episodes from his youth, one of him in ancient Kemet (pre-flood Egypt) & another on how he got his armor and slew the dragon Tartaroos. If you thought the punchline to OVERKILL was a shocker, wait until you read the end of BORN OF SWORDS.
